This week’s
SPAM is a special blend of Caribbean spices as we get ready for our next
installment of Sunday Afternoon Big Outdoor Dance Party with I-Roots !!!
This Caribbean Calypso Reggae band will bring their island sounds to our island
next Sunday, July 18. Festivities kick off at 4pm so get here early to find a
spot on the dance planks! (We’ve re-enforced the deck, just for shows like
this!)
For our
normal weekend entertainment, we have Adam and Lindsey of The Jolly Crockpots
and Friends with their foot-stomping old timey music show on Friday night (July
16) followed by local bluesman Spencer Nevel and Chris Insana of Deja Bleu on
Saturday (July 17) for a night of good old fashion blues, Chicago style mixed
with some, as they put it, south Gichie Gumie Ju Ju Mojo.

So, wake the kids, phone the neighbors, pack the car and head on up to The Burned Down Cafe. It may be our last season, as the place is officially for sale. (If you would like to own your very own “Burned Down Cafe, give me a call at 715-209-1074 and leave me a message. I’ll get back to you as soon as my son shows me how to unlock my cell phone. He turns 3 years old tomorrow!)
In the meantime, go to our website buy some stuff while you still can. www.tomsburneddowncafe.com/stuff.htm
See you all here real soon!
